You can book your preferred professional through Care-first Android & iOS apps. in order to book your preferred professional, select the services you want to book and select the address. we will show you the calendar to select and pick a time slot. once the service has completed you will get the option for placing a rating (Out of 5) and review for the service provider.
Once you place a booking, you will receive a confirmation via notification informing you that the booking has been accepted and a verified professional will be assigned for your booking.
You can contact the area manager through direct messaging from the Care First app. once your service gets confirmed, select that service and in the service detail page, at the button of the page, you will find the button to chat with the manager.
The Care First home service includes a built-in solution for reviewing the work completed by a service technician. If the services are exceptional or lacking, customers can leave a review. additionally, you have to file a report detailing the work they did when they complete a job—including notes and photos of the work done, along with a list of the materials used.
